BIT Polytechnic proudly congratulates Mr. Mohammed Haashim, a 3rd Year Computer Science & Engineering student, for securing 3rd Place (Second Runner-Up) at East India Blockchain Summit (EIBS) 2.0 Hackathon, held at IIT Kharagpur.

The national-level hackathon witnessed participation from over 300 teams representing leading IITs and NITs across India. Following multiple evaluation rounds, only 52 teams advanced to the final stage. Among these, the four-member team comprising Mr. Mohammed Haashim emerged as Second Runner-Up, earning a cash prize of ₹50,000—a remarkable achievement for both the student and the institution.Conducted alongside India’s largest blockchain-focused summit, the event brought together industry experts, researchers, startups, and developers from across the country.
