NSS Organizes Yoga Session to Promote Health and Well-being

On 12th July 2025, the NSS Unit of the institution conducted a yoga session as part of its regular activities to promote holistic health. The program began with an address by NSS Coordinators Mr. Chittharanjan, Ms. Ayesha Junaida, and Ms. Farhath, who emphasized the importance of yoga for balancing body and mind. A professional yoga instructor guided participants through various postures, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises, explaining their health benefits. The session included asanas, pranayama, breathing techniques, and meditation, with active participation from students and faculty. The program highlighted stress management, improved concentration, and overall wellness, concluding with a meditation and a pledge to practice yoga regularly.
Students and faculty participated enthusiastically in a calm and disciplined environment. The session concluded with meditation and a collective pledge to incorporate yoga into daily life, making the initiative both informative and motivating.
